We have about 40 resolution professionals and more than 25 legal firms associated with us. We are also advising on NPA matters to Mumbai District Central Co-operative Bank and few nationalized Banks on selective basis. Dr. Visswas has worked in close association with the General Managers of Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI), Executive Directors of Industrial Reconstruction Bank of India (IRBI), Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), Chairman and Executive Directors of ICICI Bank and Merchant Banking Division Head of ICICI.

After the introduction of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) in the year 2016 the Industrial Investment in India has become more attractive and is beneficial to the industry as well as the investor. We at NPA Consultants have been successful in facilitating all stakeholders in various cases undergoing the insolvency resolution and liquidation process under IBC.
